Damera Defence was proud to participate in CANSEC 2026, engaging with military leaders, government representatives, OEMs, defence contractors, fleet managers, and industry partners from across Canada and allied nations.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage with key stakeholders across Canada's defence ecosystem, including the Canadian Armed Forces, government agencies, OEMs, prime contractors, and industry partners.
In this photo, Eric Dion (Eng., EMBA , Chief Commercial Officer, Damera Defence) and Roger D'Hollander (CEO, Damera Group) are meeting with Chief Warrant Officer Eric Fortier and Major Kubeen Lee from Director Land Requirements (DLR) to discuss sustainment considerations for future military vehicle programs and the importance of strengthening Canadian industrial capabilities to support long-term fleet availability, lifecycle sustainment, and operational effectiveness.
As military fleets continue to evolve, robust domestic capabilities in maintenance, refurbishment, modernization, technical training, and lifecycle support will play an increasingly important role in supporting Canada's defence objectives.
We were also honoured to meet with senior leadership from the Canadian Army, including two Brigadier-Generals of the Land Forces, to discuss the evolving needs of Canada's land capabilities and the importance of a strong and resilient domestic sustainment network.
